REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction
At MOBEEL, we strive to provide the highest quality doorstep car service. "OCD is our deliverable." However, we understand that plans change or issues may arise. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and remedies are provided.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
2.1. Cancellation Windows

More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a Cancellation Fee of RM[Amount] to compensate for the technician's reserved slot and travel planning. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Immediate/Emergency Bookings: For bookings made for the same day, a grace period of 15 minutes from the time of booking is allowed for free cancellation.
2.2. No-Shows

If our technician arrives at the location and you are not present or the vehicle is inaccessible within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be marked as a "No-Show."

No-Shows are non-refundable if full payment was made in advance. If a deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Refunds for Services & Parts
3.1. Labor & Workmanship

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our workmanship, you must report the issue within 48 hours of service completion.

Remedy First: We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and perform corrective work (re-do the service) at no additional cost before considering a monetary refund.

Refund Eligibility: If corrective work is not possible or fails to resolve the issue caused by our negligence, a partial or full refund for the labor charge may be issued.
3.2. Spare Parts

Defective Parts: New parts supplied by MOBEEL are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds on Parts: Monetary refunds for parts are generally not provided once installed, unless the specific part is out of stock for a warranty replacement.

Customer-Supplied Parts: We do not offer refunds or warranties for labor or performance if you supply your own spare parts.
4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if the request is made at least 12 hours prior to the original slot.

Subsequent rescheduling requests or last-minute changes may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, subject to applicable fees.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking (e.g., Credit Card, FPX, or E-Wallet). We strictly do not provide cash refunds for digital transactions.
5.2. Processing Time

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
6. Cancellations by MOBEEL
In rare circumstances (e.g., severe weather, technician emergency, or safety hazards at the location), MOBEEL may need to cancel your appointment.

In such cases, you will be offered the choice of an immediate rescheduling or a full refund with no penalties attached.
