1. Introduction
Welcome to MOBEEL ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MOBEEL mobile application and our on-site automotive maintenance and repair services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Scope
MOBEEL provides mobile automotive services, meaning our technicians travel to a location designated by you to perform maintenance or repairs.

Service Area: Services are currently available only within [e.g., Klang Valley] and surrounding areas as defined in the App.

Availability: Service slots are subject to technician availability.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested location is deemed unsafe, unsuitable for vehicle repair (e.g., steep slopes, soft ground), or if the vehicle condition differs significantly from the description provided.
3. User Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, you agree to:

Accurate Information: Provide accurate details about your vehicle’s make, model, and condition (especially for Continental cars like Volvo & Volkswagen).

Safe Location: Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, hard surface where it is safe to jack up the car. We cannot service cars parked on public roads where they obstruct traffic or on unstable ground (grass/gravel).

Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions from building management (condos/offices) for us to perform work on the premises. MOBEEL is not liable for fines or clamping fees incurred during service.

Personal Belongings: Remove all valuable items from the vehicle before the technician arrives.
4. Booking and Payment

Quotations: All price estimates provided via the App are based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during on-site inspection. We will always seek your approval before performing additional work.

Transparent Pricing: We strive to maintain transparent pricing. Labor charges and parts costs will be itemized.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, Credit Card, Online Transfer, E-Wallets].

Deposits: For major repairs or special-order parts (especially for specific Continental models), a deposit may be required.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [X] hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of RM[Amount] to cover the technician’s travel and slot reservation.

No-Show: If our technician arrives and you are not present or the vehicle is not accessible within 15 minutes, a "No-Show" fee may be charged.
6. Warranty and Liability

Damage resulting from your failure to follow our technical advice (e.g., driving a car we deemed unsafe).

7. Data Privacy
We collect and use your personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
